„Chovekolubie” association was founded in 1992 on the initiative of doctor  Emil Markov-psychiatrist.From its establishment until April  2001 the members and supporters of the association developed multiple activities within the Youth House-Pazaradzhik. A center for mental health was opened in 2001.A social enterprise was establish in 2002.Since 2005  „Chovekolubie” association has been developing a social service “Center for social rehabitation and integration of people with mental health problems”.Since 2009 the association has been operating in the city Septembri, where a club for mental health was established . It was created  “Chovecolubie” shelter for people with mental health problems. In 2013 we established “Club for mental health.” in Strelcha and we founded Center for mental health in Septemvri.
